Gojira (1954)
A series of shipping disasters plague the Japanese shipping industry, a decision is made to investigate a small island close by, and an expedition is mounted to solve the problem. During the expedition, a series of discoveries are made, the most important one being a giant creature on the island called Godzilla, a living dinosaur off of the island. Godzilla appears in Tokyo Bay, and the next night, Godzilla eventually destroys all of Tokyo leaving it in smoldering ruins. A local doctor is revealed to have a weapon that stops Godzilla and must decide whether or not to use it.

King Kong vs. Godzilla (1962)
Hearing of a potential promotional pitch, a pharmaceutical company sends an expedition to a remote island in the Pacific to recover a supply of berries purported to have magical healing properties. When a team arrives there, they find the area home to the massive ape King Kong that feeds on the berries and can help the villagers defend the island when it goes looking for more. Taking it back to Japan, they find that Godzilla has broken free of his iceberg home to threaten the country and imagine the two monsters squaring off for their campaign, but Kong escapes to do battle with Godzilla before then and loses in a shocking battle. As Godzilla ravages the country with the military unable to stop him, the company races to get Kong ready for a repeat showdown with Godzilla to save the country.
Mothra vs. Godzilla (1964)
Following a devastating typhoon, a reporter hears that a local entrepreneur has bought a gigantic egg that washed ashore for his company. Along with his partner they plan to exhibit the egg for profit, but are visited by two tiny twin women, the Cosmos, who reveal the egg belongs to Mothra. Seeking shelter with friends, they promise the egg's return. Godzilla appears, drawn by the egg, and Mothra appears to drive him off until it's struck a fatal blow. While the military deals with Godzilla's advances, the women and their friends pray for the egg to hatch, and the larval caterpillars swim off to deal with Godzilla once and for all.

Following an abortive assassination attempt, the Princess of a small nation appears in Japan, claiming to be a prophetess. A detective is assigned to protect her due to the resemblance, and his sister helps him when a series of attempts are made on her life. When she warns that a series of monsters will appear, first Godzilla and then Rodan appear, lending credence to her claims. Excavating a fallen meteorite near Kurobe Gorge, a geologist finds that it is the protective shield for a space monster, a three-headed menace identified as Ghidrah. When it starts to attack Japan, Mothra arrives to force Godzilla and Rodan to help it, and after an initial fight, the three monsters team up to battle Ghidrah for the fate of the planet.

Invasion of Astro-Monster (1965)
Exploring the newly-discovered Planet X, two astronauts soon find the planet inhabited by a race living underground through fear of a giant monster, King Ghidorah. Offering humanity medical advances in exchange for using Godzilla and Rodan to fend off the creature, they return and the offer is accepted. Taking them back to Planet X when Ghidorah attacks, he is successfully driven away. Living up to their end of the bargain, they send the astronauts back with a tape containing instructions for the medicine but instead reveal the whole event was a ruse to put all three monsters under their control and hold the world hostage. When an inventor discovers a weakness in the alien's signal through a device he created, the humans free the monsters from alien control and battle it out for the fate of the world.

Destroy All Monsters (1968)
In the distant future Earth, a scientist has managed to corral all the monsters of the world onto Ogasawara Island, which is soon renamed Monsterland and run by staff to keep the monsters peaceful. When a strange accident occurs at the location, the monsters and staff disappear, and soon the world's cities are invaded by the creatures. The UN sends the spaceship Moonlight SY-3 to investigate the area and finds a race of aliens known as the Kilaaks have taken over both the monsters and staff, demanding the world or the monsters will destroy it. When they stall to negotiate with them, the Kilaaks unleash the monsters on Tokyo, finally forcing them into action and finally breaking the monsters free of the aliens' control. Applying a trump card, they bring in King Ghidorah to confront the remaining monsters, and they battle for the planet.

All Monsters Attack (1969)
Bullied at school, a young boy spends his days building a special computer he believes will take him to Monster Island, where he gets to interact with various monsters. Befriending Godzilla's son Minya, he learns that the two are quite similar, even down to being picked on by a larger bully. When he retreats to his usual abandoned warehouse to escape the bullies, he finds two robbers have also utilized the warehouse as their hideout, and he is soon discovered and tied up. Once again thinking back to being on the island with Minya, he helps the monster overcome his bully, and in turn, is helps himself in learning how to overcome the robbers and then his own bullies.

Terror of Mechagodzilla (1975)
Having recovered from their previous defeat, the Black Hole aliens are preparing to launch another attack on humanity with a disgraced scientist helping them to repair and enhance the powers of the Mechagodzilla. Unconvinced it alone will work, he and his daughter work to bring under control the dinosaur Titanosaurus as an ally for the robot in their plans which are continually interrupted by an Interpol investigation into the incidents. Hoping to prove his dinosaur is more of a match than the robot, he sends it out to attack only for Godzilla to drive it away, and as everyone comes together to help realize the plans realizes that the only way it can work is to truly team the creatures together against Godzilla while humanity tries to assist him however they can.
