Plot:
After the development of a special drug, an employee begins to questions the direction of the company forward, putting her in direct confrontation with one of the other board members. Review:

This was a rather underwhelming if still watchable effort. A lot of this is due to the film's budget, where it tries to tell far too grand a story for the amount of money available. The entire production feels cheap and flimsy, with scenes outside in the park, the girls standing outside waiting for clients or showing the daughters' friends shadowing him seeing how he spends the day coming off like they're padding because they're cheap and affordable. That we get these scenes and vague threats about the purpose of the company's product that it pushes the genesis of the storyline, the abduction of the family and their treatment to get her approval, until quite late in the running that comes off like extra scenes to have something else to do. Granted, this is where the action comes from with the various agents coming after everybody in his life but that's a side-effect of the confusing nature of everything.

As well, the overly talky storyline makes this one come off without much interest. The lack of action here in the home invasion and comically inept shootouts are just plain bland and poorly utilized, making this wholly unappealing in that regard. On top of that, the entire storyline makes no sense despite all the talking done here, as the process here is completely unknown how it works or what it's for, the entire investigation into the disappearances is chaotic and random without making any sense who knows what or how the clues fit together as it just feels disorganized trying to get to the appropriate storyline necessary by the end of the scene. Combined with a wholly confusing need to rely on trade-offs between the two groups which comes of as silly and cheesy, there's not much to this one. As it's intriguing enough with its central premise and active enough not to be boring, there are some positives here but not enough to matter.

Overview: *.5/5
An action film without much in the way of action, thrills or any kind of technical competence of any kind, this is a disappointing low-budget indie action. Only give this a watch if you're a fan of the style or of the creative crew, while others should heed caution here.
