Raiders of the Hidden Donald Trump Fetish Doll (2018) by Angel Connell

An independent movie director in the middle of a crowdfunding campaign fends off a variety of malevolent individuals who seek to steal his ultimate crowdfunding perk: a Donald Trump fetish doll.

Overall, this one wasn't too bad. The opening narration about the dolls' significance and importance due to the campaigns' origins and what it means to winner serve this one nicely enough to get the premise going. The ensuing series of encounters with various political parties and organizations draws some laughs as the seemingly random need for the mystical doll before meeting their fate in hilarious methods off-screen with only the noises heard.

As well, it's to be commended for coming off with a singular, quickly-shot style that ensures a minimalist approach yet still tells a logical story. There's a mysterious nature of what's going on here that's brought about by the action on-screen which is rather fun to see play out in this shortened style. Some might take issue with the repetitive, one-joke notion of what's going on here but beyond that, there's not much to dislike about it.
