Slashlorette Party
This wild upcoming film seems to include a whose-who of indie genre actors, featuring Drew Marvick, Ginger Lynn Allen, Vanessa Mata and Molly Souza, among others. The Indiegogo campaign claims to be about a late-80s syled slasher film about a bachelorette party in the woods crashed by a vicious killer. Other Genre News-
-The feature-film directorial debut from Deborah Voorhees, 13 Fanboy (boasting an incredible amount of Friday the 13th alums including Lar-Park Lincoln, Tracie Savage, Kane Hodder and Corey Feldman to scratch the tip of the iceberg) has commenced filming.

-Marvel Studios have confirmed actor Mahershala Ali to star in the title role of Blade, part of 'Phase 4' of the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

-Marvel Studios also announced the second Doctor Strange movie, Doctor Strange: In the Multiverse of Madness, will have a pronounced lean towards the genre.

-Filmmaking siblings the Soska twins, who were previously banned from Twitter following them sharing a pic from their upcoming Rabid remake, were reinstated on the service following a successful grassroots fan campaign.
